AI Lab for Trainers
AI is transforming training as fast as it is transforming sales. The “AI Lab for Trainers” is not a course about AI: it is a series of four hands-on laboratories where your trainers and internal experts build with AI, on their own training programs, with their own tools, alongside our expert. Lab by lab, they design a course, create exercises, build the follow-up and prepare the communication around it. Every lab ends with a deliverable that is used the next morning. Co-creation is the format, not an option: your content, your AI stack, our method, and clear guardrails: what to automate, what to verify, and what must stay human.
“AI Lab for Trainers” extends AI for Sales to your trainer community, and is the third pillar of our Trainer Development Program, alongside Train the Trainer and Coach Posture for Trainers.
Four half-day laboratories, hands on keyboards. Every trainer works with their own AI tools on their own training programs, guided by our expert. No demo content: what gets built in the Lab is what gets used in your organization.
From topic to blueprint: learning goals, structure, timing and materials. Each participant leaves with one of their real modules redesigned, and the prompt patterns to redo it on every other module.
Role plays, case studies, quizzes and simulations generated from your field material and calibrated to your participants. Deliverable: an exercise bank for one program, ready to run.
The part most training skips: reinforcement messages, self-review grids, spaced practice and progress tracking, produced with AI so that follow-up actually happens. Deliverable: a follow-up plan per program.
Invitations that create appetite, pre-work that gets done, manager briefings that secure transfer. Deliverable: a communication kit around one program.
Woven through the four labs: what to automate, what to verify, what never to delegate. Quality control of AI output, data and confidentiality rules, and the trainer’s judgment as the final filter.
Each trainer leaves with produced assets, a personal AI workflow, one measurable commitment, and intervision sessions in the weeks that follow, so the practice keeps growing after the labs.
Because they need to renew themselves and be confronted with new techniques. Many struggle with artificial intelligence, and many stay in the expert-trainer posture: many hours spent for limited impact. These modules work on posture, method and tools. And your internal trainers are the gear that multiplies everything else: if they carry the same method and the same tools as your teams, every session pushes the same behaviour. This is what we call the gearing: your people, your processes, your methods and your tools driving each other, with as little friction as possible. We work on this part separately, in advisory, before the training or after.
For everything that takes time without requiring judgement: designing the flow from the objectives, creating exercises and cases from your real situations, preparing the follow-up and the reminders that anchor, communicating around the training. The Lab has you do all of that on your own material, in four workshops, with guardrails on quality and confidentiality. The trainer leaves with their tools ready, not with a list of ideas.
It can produce material, not a transformation. What a trainer does that AI does not: read a group, sense the moment a participant disengages, adjust an exercise live, give feedback that lands. What AI does better than the trainer: prepare, adapt, follow up, at a speed no trainer reaches alone. The Lab teaches how to hand over to AI what it does well, to give time back to what counts in the room.
