A recognised Alimento training partner

Your commercial training, co-funded by Alimento

Does your company fall under joint committee 118 or 220? Valorize Solutions is a recognised Alimento training partner and BC Food certified until 2029, on a single scope: commercial skills within the food sector. In practice: your teams sharpen their commercial skills, and part of the invoice is covered by your sector fund.

An audited recognition

BC Food:2025 certification was issued to us on 4 August 2026 by Brand Compliance België, the independent body that audits training providers on Alimento’s behalf. It runs until 3 August 2029. It is not granted on a declaration: it rests on an on-site audit of our trainers, our training files, our clients’ evaluations and the financial soundness of the company, across several years of actual activity. Continued compliance is verified through surveillance audits.

The essentials in thirty seconds

01

Who

Companies under joint committees 118 (workers) and 220 (employees) of the food industry. Temporary agency workers on your site are eligible too. SMEs as well as large groups.

02

What

Our modules on selling, negotiation, key account management and running a sales team. The scope of our certification is exactly that: commercial skills within the food sector.

03

How much

Up to 150 € per day per participant, capped at 450 € per day per group. Alimento confirms the amount file by file.

What Alimento covers, in illustrations

The rules differ by type of training. Here are the orders of magnitude published by Alimento, with nothing dressed up.

Type of trainingAlimento funding*
Commercial skills: our certified scope150 € per day per participant, capped at 450 € per day per group
Short formats20 € per hour per participant
General training for executivesNo funding
For reference: sector-specific training (food safety, food technology, logistics, workplace safety)Free under 100 employees, 50 % above that. We do not operate in this scope.
For inter-company sessions: a maximum of 3 employees per company per session. The exact amount is notified file by file by your Alimento account manager: the conditions in force at the time of the request prevail. Our certification covers commercial skills only; the last line is included to save you the search.
* Indicative amounts, to be confirmed by Alimento. The figures in this table and the example below are illustrations, based on the rules published by Alimento - IFP. They are not an offer, a guarantee or a commitment from Valorize Solutions. It is Alimento - IFP that opens the file, determines the amount of its contribution, notifies your company and pays it after the training. We submit the quote and the administrative documents on time, but the calculation, the decision and the payment are not in our hands. If this is your first application, your company also has steps to complete on its side. Before fixing a budget, have your situation confirmed by your Alimento adviser.

A worked example

A 60-person SME enrols 8 people in Negotiate Smart, two days, in-house.

  • Alimento funding: the 450 € per day per group cap applies, so 900 € across the two days.
  • Combinable, depending on your situation, with the 2,500 € Alimento training budget, the 2,000 € SME bonus, Walloon training vouchers, paid educational leave or the Flemish training leave.
  • Almost no paperwork on your side: we produce the quote, attendance sheets, evaluations and certificates in the required format. What is left for you is to complete and sign the contribution form Alimento sends to your company, together with your participants’ data.
Put differently: the contributions you already pay into the sector fund come back into your training plan.
* Illustrative example. The actual amount is determined and confirmed by Alimento - IFP, file by file.

How it works

1

We frame the need with you

A conversation, sometimes interviews with future participants: we define the real need, the content, the dates and the number of participants.

2

We propose a development plan

That plan is shared with you and with your Alimento adviser, before the start. That is the condition that unlocks the funding.

3

Alimento confirms the funding

Alimento opens the file, notifies the amount you are entitled to and emails you the link to your file.

4

We train your teams

Signed attendance sheets, evaluation forms and certificates of participation in the format Alimento expects.

5

We close the file

Copy of the invoice, attendance sheets and evaluations sent to Alimento within a month of the last session.

On your side: a signature and the validation of the link Alimento sends you. The rest of the file is our job, and it is included.

Eligible modules

All of them sit inside the certified scope. These are the ones food companies ask for most.

Already trusted across the food industry

We know your cycles, your margins under pressure and your annual negotiations with the retail chains.

One of Vincent’s standout qualities is his commitment to thoroughly understanding the market we operate in, as well as our company, brands, organization and performances. This personalized approach creates a strong sense of connection for the participants, as they feel the training is not just theoretical but deeply rooted in the realities of their market.

Frequently asked questions

Is my company eligible?
If you fall under joint committee 118 (food industry workers) or 220 (food industry employees), yes. Temporary agency workers on your site are eligible too. Your provincial Alimento adviser can confirm your situation in minutes.
Do we have to pay upfront?
Yes. You settle the training, then Alimento pays the funding once the file is approved. That is why the quote has to go out before the training starts.
Are the amounts shown here guaranteed?
No, and it is better to know that before you build a budget. These are estimates, calculated on the rules published by Alimento - IFP. Only Alimento - IFP opens the file, sets the amount of its contribution and confirms it to your company, which then receives the payment after the training. We submit the quote and the documents on time, but the decision is not ours to make. Until your Alimento adviser has confirmed, treat the figures on this page as an order of magnitude.
This is our first Alimento application. Where do we start?
With your Alimento adviser. A first application involves a few checks on your side: that your participants fall under joint committee 118 or 220, the consultation on your welcome policy and, from 20 employees, the consultation on your training plan in line with the sector model. One conversation with your adviser tells you what is missing and what you are entitled to. On our side, we send the quote to Alimento before the start so the file can be opened in time.
How long does it take?
Allow one to two weeks between sending the development plan to your adviser and the start date. The complete file must be submitted within a month of the final session.
Does the training have to take place during working hours?
Yes. Alimento requires the training to run during working hours. Failing that, the hours are recovered or paid.
Are there any obligations on your side?
Two, set by the sector: a consultation on the onboarding policy and, from 20 employees, a consultation on the training plan following the sector template. We tell you what is expected.
Can it be combined with other schemes?
Depending on your region and size, Alimento funding usually combines with Walloon training vouchers, paid educational leave, Flemish training leave, the 2,500 € Alimento training budget and the 2,000 € SME bonus. We check this with you before quoting.
In which languages do you train?
French, Dutch and English, including mixed groups.
What if the file is sent late?
Alimento applies a 35 % penalty after three warnings. That is exactly why we take the administration off your hands.
How long is your certification valid?
Until 3 August 2029. The BC Food:2025 standard is issued for three years by Brand Compliance België, subject to continued compliance verified through surveillance audits. Certificate number BE 252.1.1 can be checked with the certification body.
