Brief overview

AI is transforming training as fast as it is transforming sales. The “AI Lab for Trainers” is not a course about AI: it is a series of four hands-on laboratories where your trainers and internal experts build with AI, on their own training programs, with their own tools, alongside our expert. Lab by lab, they design a course, create exercises, build the follow-up and prepare the communication around it. Every lab ends with a deliverable that is used the next morning. Co-creation is the format, not an option: your content, your AI stack, our method, and clear guardrails: what to automate, what to verify, and what must stay human.

“AI Lab for Trainers” extends AI for Sales to your trainer community, and is the third pillar of our Trainer Development Program, alongside Train the Trainer and Coach Posture for Trainers.

Duration

  • Typical duration: 4 half-day labs, spread over 6 to 10 weeks: what is built in one lab is used in the field before the next.
  • Tailored duration: This "AI Lab for Trainers" can be tailored to your needs: pick the labs that matter most, run them on your own AI stack (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or your internal assistant) and on the training programs your teams actually deliver.
  • Follow-up sessions: the labs can be followed by individual or group intervision sessions in the weeks and months after, according to your needs. We recommend a first anchor session about four weeks after the last lab: trainers show what they have built since, compare workflows and raise the quality bar together.

Course content

Four half-day laboratories, hands on keyboards. Every trainer works with their own AI tools on their own training programs, guided by our expert. No demo content: what gets built in the Lab is what gets used in your organization.

From topic to blueprint: learning goals, structure, timing and materials. Each participant leaves with one of their real modules redesigned, and the prompt patterns to redo it on every other module.

Role plays, case studies, quizzes and simulations generated from your field material and calibrated to your participants. Deliverable: an exercise bank for one program, ready to run.

The part most training skips: reinforcement messages, self-review grids, spaced practice and progress tracking, produced with AI so that follow-up actually happens. Deliverable: a follow-up plan per program.

Invitations that create appetite, pre-work that gets done, manager briefings that secure transfer. Deliverable: a communication kit around one program.

Woven through the four labs: what to automate, what to verify, what never to delegate. Quality control of AI output, data and confidentiality rules, and the trainer’s judgment as the final filter.

Each trainer leaves with produced assets, a personal AI workflow, one measurable commitment, and intervision sessions in the weeks that follow, so the practice keeps growing after the labs.
